Around 70 students from many different classes in the school meet in the choir to make music together. About half attend the weekly choir rehearsals as an elective subject, the others as part of the music major. We devote ourselves to voice training and maintain a broad repertoire of choral works from all eras and continents, from gospel to African songs to classical music. In addition to the traditional choir camp in November and an Advent concert in December, we carry out a concert project in the second semester.

Since August 2018, Sarah Hänggi has been leading the Chor Gymnasium Münchenstein together with Rolf Urech.
